Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Elevate Fitwear purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your leggings, trainers, or workout apparel, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Items

Most of our products can be returned or exchanged, including:

  • All leggings (7/8 length, capri, pocket, printed)
  • Bottoms and dresses & skorts
  • Crop tops and long sleeve tops
  • Casual and gym trainers (Nike Metcon, Nike Pegasus, Reebok Nano)
  • HOKA running shoes (Bondi 8, Clifton 9)
  • Light and medium support sports bras

Important Exception:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on high-support sports bras and underwear items. These products are final sale.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In resalable condition

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return details (use our template below for faster processing)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging (we recommend using a trackable shipping service)
  4. Ship to Us: Send your return to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product (like HOKA Bondi 8 instead of HOKA Clifton 9), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
