Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • In resalable condition
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on high-support sports bras and underwear items. All other products including leggings, capri leggings, crop tops, dresses & skorts, and casual/gym trainers are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product (like HOKA Bondi 8 instead of HOKA Clifton 9), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
