Our leggings come in three support levels:
- Light Support: Ideal for yoga, pilates, or low-impact activities
- Medium Support: Perfect for gym workouts, cycling, or dance classes
- High Support: Designed for running, HIIT, and high-intensity training
Do you carry plus sizes in your activewear?
Currently we focus on standard sizing (XS-XL) for most of our performance wear. We’re actively working to expand our size range – please check individual product pages for specific sizing details and measurements.

Where does Elevate Fitwear ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries via DHL, FedEx, or EMS. Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Our premium carriers (DHL/FedEx) provide real-time updates, while EMS offers periodic tracking updates.
Why does free shipping take longer?
Our free shipping option uses EMS economy service to keep costs down while still providing reliable delivery. If you need your items faster, we recommend our Standard Shipping option with premium carriers.
